Mera Peak Climb
Mera Peak (6,461m/21,190ft) is one of the famous trekking peaks in Nepal widely known for climbing of trekking peaks. If you love to climb mountains Mera Pera climbing can offer you a wide variety and number of exciting experiences. You will be walking through the trekking trail before you get to the base camp. From the base camp, you climb to the high camp and then finally to the summit. Once you reach the summit stunning view of Mount Everest, Mount Cho Yu, Makalu, Nuptse, Kanchenjunga, Lhotse, and various others can be viewed. You must be in good physical health but no prior experience of scaling up mountains is required.
The trek will also take you through the villages before heading for the summit. You will be walking through Sherpa villages where you will receive warm hospitality. Although the community life is not so prosperous, the service they provide is homely and welcoming. The Mera Peak trek will give you the most exciting memory of trekking as well as peak climbing experience in Nepal.We have made quality our habit. Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival day in Kathmandu
Day 2: Fly to Lukla and trek to Paiya (2730m/8954ft) 3-4 hrs
Day 3: Paiya to Pangkoma (2850m/93,48ft) 5-6 hrs
Day 4: Pangkoma to Nigmsa (2745m/90,003ft) 4-5 hrs
Day 5: Nigmsa to Chetrakhola (3150m/10332ft) 7-8 hrs
Day 6: Chetrakhola to Kothe (3600m/11808ft) 6-7 hrs
Day 7: Kothe to Tangnang (4,350m/14,270ft): 3-4 hrs
Day 8: Acclimatization Day: Hiking to Charpate Himal Glacier
Day 9: Tangnang to Khare (5,045m/16,486ft) 2-3 hrs
Day 10: Khare to Mera Base Camp (5300m/17,384ft) 3-4 hrs
Day 11: Mera Base Camp to High camp (5,780m/18,958ft) 4-5 hrs
Day 12: Mera High Camp to Summit (6,461m/21,190ft) and back to Khare (5045m/16,547ft) 8-9 hrs
Day 13: Reserve day for Contingency
Day 14: Khare to Kothe (3600m/11808ft) 4-5 hrs
Day 15: Kothe to Thuli Kharka: 5-6 hrs
Day 16: Thuli Kharka to Lukla: 6-7 hrs
Day 17: Fly to Kathmandu
Day 18: Departure day
